About The College:
Cumbernauld College is committed to lifelong learning and enabling people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to achieve their ambitions.
The college has two campuses, the main one in Cumbernauld, adjacent to the town centre and the East Dunbartonshire campus in Kirkintilloch, which serve communities in North Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire.
The college offers a range of courses which lead to qualifications at levels from National Qualifications to degrees.

There are also Access and Development and Supported programmes. The college is developing further degree programmes in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland.
Support for learning
Support and advice is available for any student who has difficulties with course work.
Learning Support staff can provide additional support for students who have a disability, medical condition or learning need.
Child care
The purpose built nursery at the Cumbernauld campus cares for children from birth to 5 years.
Adult entrants
Adult students are welcome. If you have suitable experience, you may be accepted without the normal entry requirements.
Extra help is available for adult students who want to improve their reading, writing or number work.
Access courses
There is an Access course leading to more advanced study in Social Sciences.
Part time study
The college runs part time day and evening courses at both campuses.
There are also flexible learning courses for those who cannot attend regularly.
Community courses
In partnership with the local authorities in North and South Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire, the college offers a community based programme covering a variety of subjects to help learners to progress into mainstream courses.
