About The College:
Reid Kerr College is a large community college in central Paisley. It provides education and training for people of all ages. It aims to develop students and improve their life opportunities, encouraging ambitions and helping people to achieve them.
Recent campus developments include the opening of the new Renfrew North Building and the refurbishment of the Abercorn Building, providing conference and library facilities.
The College runs courses ranging from National Qualifications to Higher National Certificates and Diplomas.

There are about 18,000 students, with a growing number of international students from Europe, East and South Africa, India, Malaysia, China, Pakistan and Japan.
Support for learning
Every student has a class tutor to support academic work. You meet your tutor regularly, on your own.
The Study Centre offers help with communication, number work and study skills.
Staff at Learning Plus offer extra support to students who have physical disabilities or special learning needs. The Centre for Alternative Technology has specialist equipment for disabled students.
Through its participation in the UK wide Discover IT programme, the College has a network of specialist computer rooms in which all the computers have been adapted to make them fully accessible to disabled users.
Child care
The College Nursery takes children from 2 to 5 years. The College may also be able to help fund registered child care elsewhere.
Adult entrants
Adult entrants are welcome. You may not need the normal entry requirements.
Access courses
There are Access courses leading to higher education in Humanities (including Arts, Communication and Media, and Social Sciences), Nursing and Primary Education.
Part time study
Part time courses are run day and evening. There is a wide range of open, distance and flexible learning courses.
Community courses
The College runs day, evening and weekend courses at a large number of local centres and in a wide variety of subject areas, from leisure and recreation classes to programmes designed to help learners progress to mainstream college courses.
