About The College:
Stow College has over 70 years’ experience in providing students with quality learning and teaching, opening doors to the jobs of tomorrow.
The College has 2 campuses, one near the city centre and one, Stow West, in Maryhill.
It runs courses leading to qualifications including Highers, National Certificates, National Qualifications, Higher National Certificates and Higher National Diplomas.
It has close links with Glasgow Caledonian University and the Universities of Strathclyde and the West of Scotland. This gives students good opportunities to progress.

There are over 10,000 learners, more than half of whom study full time.
Support for learning
The Learner Services team at the Hub provides learning support for all students, providing study skills advice and support both to individuals and to groups.
They give extended learning support to students who have a disability or special learning need.
Child care
The College does not have a nursery, but may be able to help fund registered child care elsewhere.
Adult entrants
Adult students are welcome. You may not need the normal entry requirements. 63% of students are over 25.
Access courses
The College runs Access courses leading to higher education in Business, Engineering Technology, Health Studies, Life Sciences, Maths and Computing, Medical Sciences and Science and Technology.
Part time study
There are part time day and evening courses, and a range of flexible and distance learning courses.
