About Up for Learning

The Up for Learning (UFL) project is designed to support young people during their final years of secondary school and to specifically address the issue of continued involvement in education beyond school.

The aims of the project are to:

• increase young people’s knowledge and understanding of learning opportunities available at colleges and universities in and around Glasgow
• provide an email and helpline facility so that young people can ask specific questions about education and training after school
• provide people in Glasgow with easy access to information about further and higher education institutions in their local area.
